Full‑time (40 hrs per week)
Coordinates the operations of retail locations while assisting in daily operations. Duties may include inventory selection and purchasing from approved vendors, inventory management, vendor relations, pricing strategy, merchandising, and virtual retail platform development. This position functions in partnership with the direct supervisor to manage any additional operational functions deemed necessary and appropriate for the successful performance of retail operations.

Minimum Qualifications- Education:
High School Diploma - Experience:
5 years of retail experience with purchasing, merchandising, & inventory management. A combination of education and work experience may satisfy the requirement if the candidate has at least 2 years of college.
- 2 years of college education
- Some retail management, inventory management, or supply chain education
- Prior floral experience
- Experience in retail operations, comfortable with computers and POS inventory systems, detail‑oriented, creative, and collaborative
- Leadership of back‑of‑house retail operations (inventory, purchasing, supply chain)
- Experience in gift industry retail space, especially hospital gift shops
- Collaborative teamwork and recognition of group goals
- Comfortable with computers and POS inventory systems
- Detail‑oriented, creative, and adaptive
- Intermediate or advanced computer skill level
- Point‑of‑sale / inventory‑management system knowledge
- Communication, critical‑thinking, decision‑making, and emotional‑intelligence skills
