Base pay range: $57,900.00/yr - $81,000.00/yr
OverviewStore Managers bring the Starbucks experience to life by managing store operations, driving financial success, building great teams, and serving as a meeting place in their communities. They delight and uplift customers through human connection and work autonomously while leveraging Starbucks’ brand and business practices.
Responsibilities- Grow a successful, multi-million dollar business: drive sales leveraging business acumen, efficiency and problem-solving skills
- Nurture talent and lead a team: engage and develop team members to realize their personal best and build thriving teams
- Inspire others: act as a dynamic brand ambassador and drive results through the team
- Impact the community: integrate the business with the community to create better moments for partners, customers, communities and the planet
- 3 years of retail or customer service management experience, or
- 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor team partners
- Minimum High School or GED
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed
- Ability to work full time (often in excess of 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
