The Lutheran Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare community. Guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship, this role provides skilled, resident-centered nursing care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN seeking flexible scheduling while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders, State Board of Nursing regulations, and Lutheran Home policies
- Administer and document medications and treatments accurately
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs, and support team development
- Conduct resident assessments and update care plans as needed
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to physicians, families, and nursing leadership
- Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resident needs
- Morning shifts (4 hours)
- Evening shifts (4 hours)
- Weekend day shifts (4 hours or longer)
- Current unrestricted LPN license in the State of Missouri
- CPR certification
- Experience with Point Click Care preferred
