- Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm
- 15 - 20 patients per day
- Skilled nursing facility
- 2 - 3 sites within 25 minutes of each other
- Wound care debridement required
- Adult and predominantly geriatric patients
- General family medicine and acute/chronic conditions
