• Administer prescribed medications to residents and maintain related medical records under supervision of a nurse
• Take vital signs or observe residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepare reports or notify designated personnel of any unexpected reaction
• Assist residents with ADL care as needed
• Answer call lights and take appropriate action
• Complete documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures
• Immediately report any abuse, neglect, and/or changes in resident’s condition or incidents to the nurse
• Communicate residents’ requests or concerns in a timely manner
• Encourage respect, communication, and teamwork
• Participate in ongoing staff education and training

In this Full-time position
, you will have a set 2-week schedule with every other weekend off, working 7 out of 14 calendar days.

• Day Shift: 6:45am – 7:15pm
• Night Shift: 6:45pm – 7:15am

• Current Missouri CMT certification
• Current Missouri CNA certification
