Description:
Provides primary care to patients following established standards and practices in collaboration with physicians and other nurse practitioners in the clinic. Fully supports the direct primary care (DPC) approach to patient care.

This person will:
- Have a passion for investing in the lives of their patients to help create positive health outcomes
- Help direct/oversee proper medical care for patients in our Cape Girardeau and Jackson, Missouri, clinics
- Work to the full licensure of NP ability, including performing in-office physical assessments and procedures
- Conduct a portion of patient interactions through telemedicine services
- Graduate from accredited school of nursing and successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner program.
- Current license as a registered nurse and an advanced practice nurse by the State of Missouri or eligible for licensure.
- Three years experience as a family nurse practitioner preferred.
- Skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, physicians, staff and the public.
- Ability to communicate clearly, as well as understanding and responding to detailed oral and written instructions.
- Ability to learn and efficiency utilize diagnostic equipment, electronic systems for ordering, medical records and other common computer programs.
