Maintenance - Part-Time

The Lutheran Home is looking for a Part-time Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you help to maintain our healthcare community and ensure the campus runs smoothly during evening hours. • Collecting trash throughout the campus and disposing of it in the designated areas
• Driving throughout the campus and delivering durable medical equipment, including walkers, wheelchairs, and oxygen concentrators
• Moving resident beds as needed
• Cleaning dining rooms, including sweeping and mopping floors
• Answering evening maintenance calls for service or repair
• Communicating maintenance concerns that require next-day follow-up or immediate attention

• Part-time position
• Typically 2-3 evenings per week from 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
• Every weekend required, work 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, and squat as part of daily duties
• Valid driver’s license required
