Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Patient Care Manager and Charge Nurse, the Patient Care Partner is responsible for providing assistance to patients and families served by Saint Francis Healthcare System. The responsibilities include but are not limited to assisting patients with meal orders, delivering and collecting patient meal trays, documenting meal intake, restocking galleys, assisting with answering patient call lights, answering outside calls, and miscellaneous clerical duties.
The PCP maintains a positive attitude when assuming tasks, works to achieve continuity of care from admission to discharge and works in accordance with the policies, procedures, philosophy and objectives of the Health System.

Full Time (80 hours per 2 week pay period), with benefits - Typical
Hours:
Evening shift, 2:30pm to 11pm, 5 shifts per week, every other weekend and holiday rotation.
High School Diploma or GED - required
Certification & LicensuresCurrent BLS certification - required within 30 days of hire
ExperiencePrevious computer experience required. Previous clerical experience required, preferably in the medical field.
