JOB SUMMARY Under moderate direction, the Application Analyst is responsible for configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining software applications. Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, IS and other departments to facilitate usage and acceptance of the system. May be assigned to more complex build and configuration tasks and resolve advance issues. Provides second-tier support to end users to ensure reliable application system availability and performance.

May be responsible for system integrity.

• Provide configuration, modification, testing, and maintenance of software applications under moderate direction.
• Build collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, IS, and other departments to facilitate system usage and acceptance.
• Assist with more complex build and configuration tasks and resolve advanced issues as assigned.
• Provide second-tier end-user support to ensure reliable application availability and performance.
• Maintain system integrity where applicable.

• Education:
  
  Associate degree in business or technology field - preferred;
  High School Diploma or GED - Required
• Certification & Licensure:
  Additional IT related certification may be required (e.g., other areas of expertise, PM, or related education)
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of experience - required

Minimum annual salary: $62,109.83/year
