Your Role As a Medical Assistant

As a Medical Assistant
, you will play a vital role in patient care, supporting our licensed providers and ensuring a seamless experience for all patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Obtaining patient vitals, medical history, and reason for visit
  • Preparing patients for physical exams
  • Explaining procedures and treatments to patients
  • Ensuring all ordered tests are performed accurately and promptly
  • Administering prescribed medications and treatments
  • Performing blood draws and lab tests for in-house and reference lab processing
  • Conducting drug screening procedures following regulations
  • Documenting patient immunizations and administering vaccines

    Coordinating physician referrals and pre-certifications when needed
  • Maintaining exam rooms, sterilizing instruments, and managing supplies
  • Accurately documenting patient care and responding to lab messages
  • Assisting with other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
  • Previous Medical Assistant experience with certification
  • A strong team player with excellent critical thinking skills
  • Ability to anticipate patient and provider needs
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
