**** JOB SUMMARY
** The manager of Radiation Oncology is responsible for managing the daily operations of the department including the clinical, technical, operations, and financial activities. Assumes first line managerial responsibilities and reports to the Service Line Director of Cancer Services.
** JOB DETAILS AND REQUIREMENTS

* Education:

Associates Degree with five (5) years of experience as a Radiation Therapist or;

Bachelors degree- required

License/Certification:

BLS- required

Experience:

1. An allied health professional, such as Radiation Therapist or Radiology Technician; OR2. Registered Nurse who graduated from an approved professional nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with current licensure in the State of Missouri; OR3. Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational leadership, or a related field with at least three (3) years of relevant work experience.
