Job Description

ONTRACK SUPERVISOR - CAPE CORAL, FL

(Early Psychosis Program | Clinical Leader | Flip-Flops Encouraged After Work)

Do you want a leadership role where your job is NOT to put out fires caused by bad systems?

WHAT THIS IS NOT

This is not a job where:

• You chase paperwork like a feral raccoon
• You "supervise" from a calendar full of pointless meetings
• You're told burnout is "just part of community mental health"
• You daydream about fake dental appointments to escape

WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS

You are the calm, steady, competent adult leading an early psychosis program that actually changes lives.

You will:

• Supervise and support a multidisciplinary clinical team
• Do real clinical work (not just emails and meetings)
• Guide treatment planning without micromanaging
• Keep the program on track (hence the name )
• Be trusted to lead - not babysat

You will not :

• Be abandoned
• Be micromanaged
• Be "figuring it out alone"

THE "YES, YOU MUST BE QUALIFIED" SECTION

(We're funny, not reckless.)

You need:

• A Master's degree (MSW, Counseling, Psychology, MFT, or similar)
• A Florida clinical license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT preferred)
  • License-eligible candidates may be considered if strong
• Experience with:
  • Serious mental illness
  • Psychosis / early-episode populations (big bonus)
• Background in community mental health
• Prior leadership, supervision, or "everyone already asks you for help anyway" experience

If people already come to you when things get complicated... congrats, you're halfway there.
