Real Estate Title Sales Representative

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Real Estate Title Sales Representative opportunity with an established Florida-based Title Company that is affiliated with a reputable Real Estate Company.

The Real Estate Title Sales Representative is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

• Establish and maintain relationships with Real Estate Agents.
• Act as liaison between Real Estate Agents and the Title Company.
• Address concerns regarding the Title Company’s performance.
• Attend Real Estate Agent office sales meetings.
• Present Title Company services and provide price quotes.
• Attend networking meetings and conferences.
• Handle closings at the table when necessary.

Required qualifications for the position include:

• Florida Notary.
• Proven experience in the title industry, including conducting table closings.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred qualifications for the position include:

• FL Title Agent License.

Pay Rate Range:
Base pay approx. $45-50K base pay plus commission and monthly car allowance.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
