Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $33.37 - $45.05 / hour

Lee Health Heart Institute is seeking an experienced RN to join their Outpatient Cardiology practices near Cape Coral Hospital and Bimini Square. This RN needs 3 years of RN experience and cardiology experience is a must as this RN will be Clinical Team Lead for both practices.

• Provide, oversee, and coordinate nursing care for patients within a complex department or highly procedural area, based on established clinical nursing practice standards subscribed to by the American Nursing Association and in accordance with the Florida Nurse Practice Act and other regulatory standards.
• Ensure the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Exhibit critical thinking and problem solving while serving as clinician, teacher, researcher, team leader, and professional development.
• Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Contribute to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and lean performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelors degree in nursing or healthcare field preferred.
• Minimum of Three (3) years of relevant RN experience in area of specialty required.
• Certification in appropriate specialty preferred. PALS/ACLS as appropriate for specialty within 90 days of employment. BLS required.
• State of Florida RN license.
• Project management and quality improvement experience preferred. Above average communication skills. Adaptable and participative with ազ technology changes.
