An assisted living community in Cape Coral, Florida, is looking for a compassionate Resident Care Assistant (RCA) / State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) for the midnight shift. The role includes providing essential care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe environment. Candidates must hold a current STNA certification or have RCA experience, and be willing to work from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.
