- Lead innovative learning programs that develop skills, ensure competency, and advance professional growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on performance improvement projects that enhance safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Serve as a mentor and resource, fostering a culture of lifelong learning and professional excellence.
- Work in a dynamic environment where your expertise directly influences patient care quality and staff development.
- Education: BSN required;
Masters in Nursing or Nursing Education preferred. Postgraduate education certification a plus. - Experience: At least 5 years of acute care bedside experience; specialty area and teaching experience preferred.
- Licensure & Certification: Current Florida RN license; BLS required; ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, or other certifications as mandated. Specialty certification preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with MS Office; commitment to lifelong learning; active engagement in professional/academic organizations is a plus.
