As a healthcare Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for successfully managing inbound and outbound calls. This will include following communication scripts, handling different topics, and acting as a liaison between our company and its customers. In addition, you will evaluate all documents to ensure that appropriate information has been obtained for billing purposes, enter new patient information, schedule and direct callers to appropriate departments.

The Customer Care Representative will handle a variety of incoming patient inquiries or requests and will use the appropriate resources to complete accurate responses.

• Ability to write succinct and accurate notes in the patient’s electronic health record
• Previous inside sales or call center experience
