Security Officer - Parking Lot Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a cruise operations location.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with shipboard staff and/or port personnel as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout designated areas, including decks, corridors, embarkation and debarkation points, and perimeter zones when applicable; working environments and conditions may vary by location.;
Monitor access points and assist with controlled entry, directing guests and crew, verifying authorization when required, and reporting suspicious activity per post orders.;
Complete required reports and documentation, communicate observations and incidents to supervision, and support customer service expectations while maintaining a professional presence.
