Job DescriptionThe Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, you guide and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

- Work Schedule Requirements
- Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
- Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays and certain holidays.
- During peak time frames, hours may increase to support the needs of the business.
- Education – High School Diploma / GED equivalent (preferred)
- Retail Experience – At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
- Supervisor/Managerial Experience – No supervisory/management experience required
