- 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects (higher education, K‑12, or healthcare preferred)
- Proven track record managing field operations from pre‑construction through closeout
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices
- Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
- Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
