• 7+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projects (higher education, K‑12, or healthcare preferred)
• Proven track record managing field operations from pre‑construction through closeout
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction best practices
• Ability to coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
• Proficiency with construction management software and digital tools
• OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
