Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Training:
Initial training will take place on 1st and 2nd shifts

Position Overview This is a direct hire opportunity! The Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems. Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify root causes. Install, test, and repair electrical components and wiring. Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and electrical systems. Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams. Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards. Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.

Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Qualifications Previous experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams. Experience working with industrial equipment and electrical systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
