- Conduct comprehensive on‑site maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of heavy‑duty trucks and trailers, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art mobile service equipment.
- Cultivate and strengthen client relationships while proactively identifying and seizing new business opportunities.

- Leverage 1+ years of diesel mechanic experience (training available) to execute precise repairs and troubleshooting.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic math and computer skills to support efficient operations.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, including the Drug‑Free Workplace policy.
- A willingness to embrace additional responsibilities as needed to contribute to team success.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience maintaining and repairing Class 5‑8 trucks.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school.
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
- Ability to lift 50lbs, and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and kneeling.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to use computers for diagnostic purposes.
