Position:
Full‑time Security Shift Lead

Location:

North Canton, OH area

Pay: $19.50 per hour, paid weekly. All shifts and days are available.

Project start date:
January 30, 2026.

A Security Shift Lead may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Lead is expected to read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

• 1+ years of supervisor or lead experience.
• Previous security, law enforcement, and/or military experience preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Must be able to work various shifts, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be flexible and team oriented.
• 2+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Exceptional report writing skills.
• Must be reliable.

High School diploma or equivalent.
