Canton Roofing is currently searching for three full-time Outside Sales Closer to support our next growth phase.

We are Northeast Ohio’s highest-rated exterior contractor (600+ 5-Star Google Reviews/ TAMIKO Diamond Top 100 Contractor) specializing in premium retail roofing, metal systems, siding, windows, and full exterior upgrades.

** If you require hourly pay, or base salary safety net, this will not be the right fit**

• Up to 15 qualified inbound leads per week (based on territory & performance)
• Average project size: $15,000-$25,000+
• 8%-12% commission (tiered by production and margin discipline)
• Consistent producers earn $150k+
• Top-tier closers significantly exceed that
• Company vehicle eligibility upon onboarding (performance standards apply)
• Gas card included
• Structured 60-day onboarding program

• Proven high-commission sales background (roofing not required)
• Competitive and coachable
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable working evenings and some Saturdays
• Ability to climb ladders

• Run scheduled in-home appointments from provided leads
• Conduct professional roof and exterior inspections (ladders required)
• Deliver structured, value-based presentations
• Close projects at disciplined profit margins
• Maintain clean CRM documentation
• Confidently discuss $20k-$60k investments with homeowners
