Position: Regional Sales Manager-Strut Location: Canton, OH Job : 252 # of Openings: 1

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the direct sales, customer service, and new customer development for a defined geographical region. The position necessitates a minimum 60% direct customer/prospect contact via sales meetings at their places of business. Outside sales is the principal liaison between the company and the customer – managing communications and developing long-term relationships.

• Locate & develop new business opportunities via internet prospecting, telemarketing, and direct personal selling
• Service & manage relationship of current customer base while growing new account base
• Acquire/write sales orders
• Answer customer inquiries via email / fax / phone
• Communicate customer requirements to the quality and production departments
• Promote positive customer relations

• Very good communication / public presentation skills
• Good critical reasoning / problem solving skills
• Assertive, persistent self-starter

• 3-5 years outside sales experience
• 4-year college degree or equivalent
