• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.

• Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at check-out.
• Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and presentable.
• Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and engagement by adhering to safety standards and expectations.
