The Quality Control Inspector ensures every grating product meets the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer expectations. This role requires a sharp eye for detail, deep understanding of job travelers (including quantity, grating type, material, finish, and special notes), and expertise in galvanizing quality, on-grip processes, and accepted manufacturing standards — including full implementation of NAAMM standards.

As a Quality Control Inspector, you are not just checking products — you are building quality into the process.

As a faith-based organization rooted in biblical principles, we strive to reflect these values in our work, relationships, and decision-making. We expect all associates to learn, embrace, and actively model our core values through their actions, choices, and collaboration with others. This commitment is essential to sustaining our culture and achieving shared success.
