Registered Nurse (RN) – LTAC – Night Shift in Canton, OH. 13‑week travel contract, 12‑hour nights (3x/week). Join our LTAC nursing team and make a meaningful impact on complex patient care.

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (travel contract)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• Minimum 1 year of bedside clinical experience (2 years highly desired)
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills

• Experience in LTAC, post‑acute, or rehabilitation nursing (preferred)
• Familiarity with ventilator/tracheostomy care, wound care, and complex medical patients (preferred)
• Previous travel nursing or contract RN experience (preferred)

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for LTAC patients
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and orientees
• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and contribute to patient rehabilitation programs
• Initiate discharge planning and provide patient/family education from admission
• Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital safety policies and procedures
• Delegate tasks appropriately and provide direction and support to ancillary staff
• Maintain open communication with physicians, charge nurses, and other team members to ensure continuity of care
• Engage in professional development and contribute to a positive team environment
