Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Weekend Warrior
. This role is ideal for an RN looking to work a consistent weekend schedule while receiving enhanced compensation or incentives. You will play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care and supporting residents’ health and well-being.
Weekend Warrior pay differential or incentive offered.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Promote a safe, positive, and respectful environment for residents and staff
- Current and valid RN license (State of Ohio or applicable state)
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)
- Strong assessment, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
