OT Rate ON W-2: $19.50/hr.
Hours per week: 36 Hours

Description:

Day shift,hour shifts,WITH CALL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 18 months recent Cath Lab experience.
Must have 18 months PERM Cath Lab experience PRIOR to travel
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE in circulating, documenting.
On call every other weekend or potentially every third weekend depending on staffing, if not on weekend call, call is approximately 2 days a week, if on call on the weekend then1 other on call day that week. Nurse Manager will discuss the on-call rotation and is happy to answer any questions during the phone screen
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS & ACLS required.

** MUST have Epic experience

ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
