• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1510 - $1620

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Ohio RN license preferred)
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical bedside experience as a Med/Surg RN (2 years preferred)
• Experience in Medical/Surgical, Same Day Surgery, Detox, Bone Marrow Transplant, Mental Health, or IDD nursing preferred

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized patient care plans
• Deliver direct patient care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and/or orientees
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the electronic health record
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs and interdisciplinary healthcare team meetings
• Initiate discharge planning and provide patient/family education from admission
• Promote patient and staff safety by following hospital policies and clinical best practices
• Communicate effectively with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary care providers
• Foster a positive team environment and participate in unit team-building activities
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed after orientation
• Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing nursing education
