- Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

The Production Supervisor manages and oversees daily cylinder filling and trailer loading operations to support safe, efficient, and timely customer deliveries. This role ensures that all gas filling activities are executed with precision, minimal handling, and full compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Performs filling operations according to operations plan: ensures filling start up and stop in a safe manner, follows the procedure and oversees parameters, and handles all valves needed to fill the cylinders or bundles with the right content, including side tasks like analysis, batch numbering, sticker application, and forms filling for traceability.
- Controls parameters, performs tests and checks physical data for optimized production in quality and quantity, and ensures corrective operations while parameters are not optimized.
- Acts as first responder in emergency situations and initiates safety procedures & keeps the management informed for any safety and/or activity issue.
- Performs primary & secondary cylinder handling operations by performing operations according to plan for the empty cylinders, unloading trucks, selecting (sorting) cylinders, controlling test dates, and overall cylinder appearance, positioning in the empty buffer zone waiting for filling. For full cylinders, it includes picking cylinders according to the customer's orders, taking them from the full buffer zone or stock, and loading the trucks.
All forklift activity linked to secondary distribution is included. - Ensures operations compliance to safety procedures.
- Respects the use of protective equipment.
- Ensures that quality procedures for process and final product analysis are respected daily and takes care of fulfillment of analytic plans.
- Fills the operations book and administrative documentation, enters all daily production data in the system, ensures the tracking of production events, fills out and communicates incident reports, and studies Standard Operating Procedures, P&'s, PFD's, and all other technical documentation related to plant-specific equipment.
- Participates in process improvement by detecting process and procedure improvement from incident analysis, detecting risk in situations, and proposing changes regarding safety or productivity.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3 years of supervisory experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
