Overview:
Ziegler Bolt & Parts Co. is hiring a hands-on Machine Shop Foreman for our Canton, Ohio location. This role includes leading a small team and working directly on machines like threading machines, chop saws, drill presses, and more. Welding experience is a plus but not required. Hours will be full time Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm with no weekends and optional overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shop operations and team members
• Run threading machines, chop saws, and drill presses
• Assign tasks and keep jobs moving on schedule
• Ensure safety and quality standards are followed
• Train and support shop employees

Requirements:

• Machine shop experience (especially with threading, cutting, and drilling)
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Can read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Welding skills are a bonus
