The Quality Inspector ensures ISO compliance and handles day-to-day quality issues.

• Ensure production compliance with applicable requirements during processing.
• Identify holds, rejects, release and reapply nonconforming material.
• Handle customer complaints and claims.
• Enforce set established quality parameters.
• Promote positive customer relations.
• Maintain calibration log.
• Manage daily in-house testing.
• Assist in maintaining WIP material.

• Strong analytical skills.
• Detailed oriented.
• Ability to multitask and remain focused.
• Personable and adept at dealing with customers.
• Strong knowledge of steel and galvanizing (defects).
• Physical and mechanical testing background.
• Uphold strict quality standards.
• Knowledge and understanding of current ISO 9000 standard.

• 2-3 years manufacturing quality experience.
