Immediate Union Manufacturing Positions - General Labor (Helpers), Machine Operators and Shippers. Gregory Industries develops, produces, and delivers safety solutions to meet the challenges of America’s highways. Roadside safety begins with the installation of quality guardrail products from Gregory. The union manufacturing plant is located at 4100 13th Street SW, Canton.

These positions require the ability to work any shift due to the union work environment and mandatory overtime. Heavy lifting is routine, with up to 75 pounds unassisted; material over 75 pounds requires team lifting. Specific duties include general labor, machine operation, and shipping depending on the role. Forklift experience in a manufacturing environment is a requirement for positions in the shipping department.

The wage for general labor (helper) positions is $16.83 per hour. Top wage is $21.93 for machine operator and shipping positions. Top‑wage opportunities and room for advancement are available.
