Assembly Operator - Fuel Cell Systems

Location: Canton Vaud
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports to : Production Supervisor

• Assemble fuel cell stacks and system components (mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic) according to detailed work instructions and technical drawings.
• Operate hand tools, torque tools, and precision assembly equipment in a clean and controlled environment.
• Handle sensitive components with care to ensure quality and reliability of the final product.
• Perform visual and functional tests on assemblies to verify conformity.
• Record production and test data accurately for traceability.
• Report deviations, defects, or process issues to the supervisor.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation according to 5S principles.

• CFC in Electronics, Mechanics, or Mechatronics, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in precision assembly, clean or controlled environment, or energy technology manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions.
• Manual dexterity, precision, and high attention to detail.
• Understanding of electrical, pneumatic, or hydrogen systems is an asset.
• Team-oriented, quality-focused, and safety-conscious.
• Flexible for shiftwork or occasional overtime.
• Valid permit to work in Switzerland.
