Base pay range: $23.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Precision Structural Welder & Frame Assembler. Imagine transforming raw steel into the frames that keep global supply chains moving. At Amba Flex—recognized worldwide for spiral conveyor systems—our Canton, OH site (est. 2010) is the company’s only U.S. manufacturing facility. Our Construction group owns delivery of every build order to production plan, and we’re looking for a craftsperson who thrives on precision, problem‑solving, and teamwork.

• Study technical drawings and translate them into accurate builds
• Customize components and assemble frames using diverse welding/fitting techniques
• Set up machines and prepare work areas for efficient production
• Perform rigorous inspections on parts and finished frames
• Partner with the team to advance product design and shop processes

• Day Shift: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m. (4/10s)
• Night Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:30 p.m.–5:00 a.m. (4/10s)

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years’ experience in a similar manufacturing role
• Confident reading blueprints/technical drawings
• Exceptional attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable with metric measurements (preferred)
