We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Team Lead to join our growing team in Canton

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you’ll help keep buildings running smoothly, step in when staffing is low, and support your team every day.

• Help lead teams across multiple buildings when needed
• Check buildings for issues and ensure quality standards are met
• Train, support, and motivate new and current team members
• Assist with tracking labor hours and staying on budget
• Place weekly supply orders
• Communicate changes in hours, procedures, or policies to the team
• Work closely with the Area Manager — teamwork matters
• Learn all positions in assigned buildings so you can jump in when needed
• Identify extra service opportunities (carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc.)

• Comfortable stepping into different roles
• Janitorial or facility services experience is a plus (not required)
