Now Hiring:
Regional Training Manager – Mountain Region
This is a high-impact opportunity to help scale a fast-growing organization with a goal to double revenue over the next two years
. The Regional Training Manager will lead training strategy across the Mountain Region, build leadership capability, and support a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Assess training needs aligned to business growth and operations
- Design and deliver leadership and management training
- Lead and develop a team of 5 field trainers
- Support enterprise change initiatives, including new systems adoption
- Partner closely with Operations and HR leaders
- Proven training or L&D leadership experience
- Strong curriculum design with some facilitation
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate proactively
- Collaborative, curious, and business-minded
- Remote (Mountain Region)
- 30-40% travel (Boise, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, Albuquerque)
- Compensation $110-120K base + bonus opportunity
