Manage incoming referrals with professionalism and compassion, ensuring smooth admissions for patients and familiesMaster the Details

Complete thorough insurance verifications, benefit checks, and maintain organized filing systemsKeep Operations Running

Handle daily office needs including phones, scheduling, spreadsheets, budget tracking, and office supply managementSupport Our Clinical Team

Coordinate administrative tasks that enable our caregivers to focus on delivering excellent patient care
What We Offer
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
2+ years experience in healthcare office management or medical office administration
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, and ability to learn new software systems
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Professional phone manner and strong communication skills
Experience with insurance verification
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous hospice, home health, or healthcare billing experience
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid insurance processes
Experience with budget tracking and spreadsheet management
Familiarity with medical terminology
