Comm Quest seeks a Full‑Time, Part‑time, and PRN (on‑call) Residential Technician to work at our Residential and Detox facilities in Canton and Massillon, Ohio. You will ensure the comfort, safety, and security of all clients and visitors.

Comm Quest Services is one of the largest non‑profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, serving clients from more than 34 counties across 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in‑patient, outpatient, and school‑based programs, along with supportive services – from basic needs to employment assistance.

• Provide day‑to‑day assistance with and supervision of clients in these programs
• Work in partnership with the Site Coordinator and/or Lead Resident Technician (RT), clinical staff, and other residential staff
• Plan and assist with recreational and educational activities
• Redirect clients, as necessary
• All other duties as assigned

Shifts available:
Full‑time 8‑ and 12‑hour shifts and part‑time shifts are available. Shifts can be scheduled in a combination of days, afternoons, midnights, weekends or weekends only. Midnight shift differentials apply.

PRN (on‑call) requires a minimum of four shifts per month as needed for days, afternoons, midnights and/or weekends. Midnight shift differentials also apply.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record
• Confidence and capability to proactively meet new people who share the Comm Quest mission and create connections
• Willingness to submit to pre‑employment drug screening and BCI/FBI background check
• Individuals in recovery must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients
