Resident Technician

Comm Quest seeks a Full-Time, Part-time, and PRN (on-call) Residential Technician to work at our Residential and Detox facilities in Canton and Massillon, Ohio. You will ensure the comfort, safety, and security of all clients and visitors.

Comm Quest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. What you'll do:

• Provide day-to-day assistance with and supervision of clients in these programs
• Work in partnership with the Site Coordinator and/or Lead Resident Technician (RT), clinical staff, and other residential staff
• Plan and assist with recreational and educational activities
• Redirect clients

Schedule:

Shifts available:

We have Full-time 8 & 12 hour shifts and Part-time shifts available. Can be worked in a combination of days, afternoons, or midnights and weekends or weekends only. Part-time and Full-time opportunities available! Shift differential for midnight shifts!

PRN (on-call) consists of a minimum of 4 shifts per month as needed for days, afternoons, midnights and/or weekends. There is a shift differential for midnight shifts!

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Must have a valid Ohio driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a good driving record
• Confidence and capability to proactively meet new people who share the Comm Quest mission and create connections
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and BCI/FBI background check
• Individuals in recovery, must have a minimum of one year of sobriety and practice firm boundaries with clients
