Controller / Senior Accountant – $110K–$150K | Fast-Growing Company

Location: Canton, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is expanding rapidly and seeking a hands-on,
Controller / Senior Accountant to lead our financial operations and play a major role in the company’s next phase of growth. This is a high-impact position where your experience, leadership, and ideas will directly shape the future of the organization.

• $110,000–$150,000 annual salary (based on experience)

• Lead and manage all accounting operations: AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, and reporting

• Oversee month-end and year-end close with accuracy and timelines

• Produce financial statements, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis

• Deliver financial insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making

• Ensure compliance with audits, tax filings, and regulatory requirements

• Improve internal controls, processes, workflows, and financial systems

• Act as a key advisor to senior leadership during continued company expansion

• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
  , including 2+ years in a leadership role

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (CPA or MBA preferred)

• Strong knowledge of GAAP
  , financial reporting, and accounting systems

• Advanced Excel and strong analytical capabilities

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
