Role Description

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Tax Preparer for a full‑time, on‑site position in our Canton, OH office. The Tax Preparer will prepare individual and business tax returns, analyze financial statements, ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, and provide tax‑planning advice. Additional tasks may include collaborating with clients on tax‑related inquiries and maintaining accurate records to support filings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Tax Preparation and Tax Law
• Understanding of Financial Statements and fundamental Finance concepts
• Knowledge of tax regulations and ability to stay updated with ongoing tax law changes
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred
• Experience with accounting software and tax preparation tools is a plus
