• Lead all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and reporting for clients
• Manage and mentor team members to support their growth and success
• Build lasting relationships with clients and become their trusted advisor
• Stay current on tax laws and regulations to provide proactive guidance

• A sharp CPA with 10+ years of experience
• Strong tax expertise, especially with passthrough entities, trusts, or high-net-worth clients
• A naturally positive attitude and commitment to exceptional client service
• Someone who enjoys leveraging technology to work smarter, not harder
