R Control Board Operator (Open)

The ROCC Plant Operator will be responsible for the day-to-day remote operation and control of equipment used in air separation, vacuum swing absorption, and carbon dioxide plants for multiple sites across the United States from a central location. They will also be accountable for remote monitoring and troubleshooting of plant mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical devices and equipment, working hand‑in‑hand with engineering personnel to assist field technicians with the identification and correction of ongoing plant issues and inefficiencies.
Periodically this position will provide on‑site field support to various processing plants for startups, training, and leave coverage for normal production technicians.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operate and control equipment remotely for air separation, vacuum swing absorption, and CO2 plants.
- Monitor and troubleshoot plant mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical devices.
- Collaborate with engineering staff and field technicians to resolve plant issues.
- Support plant startups, training, and cover for normal production technicians at selected sites.
Location: Independence, OH
Pay: $38/hr & Up DOE
Schedule: 7 days on/7 days off, 12 hour shift

Required Qualifications- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Previous electrical or controls experience (SCADA/HMI/PLC).
- 2+ years experience operating a control board in a plant setting.
- Air Separation/CO₂ Plant experience preferred.
- Electrical/Instrumentation background is a plus.
