This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Canton, OH, for a Professional Engineer. The Professional Engineer will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and overseeing steel transmission and distribution structures and substation packages. Responsibilities include project planning, compliance checks with industry standards, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, ensuring structural integrity through evaluations and calculations, preparing detailed reports, supporting project timelines, and managing resources efficiently.

• Strong engineering design skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD, structural analysis, and related software.
• Knowledge of electrical utility standards, materials, and manufacturing processes for transmission and distribution structures.
• Experience with project management, including resource allocation, planning, and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability in technical report writing, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and structural safety considerations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline is required;
  Professional Engineer (PE) license is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Previous experience in the utility or manufacturing industry is a significant advantage.
