• Verify vendor and subcontractor estimates fall within the defined scope and budget and have the correct items needed to perform the work.
• Assist in processing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements to help manage overall project budgets.
• Gather information to draft, coordinate, submit, and track all RFIs for clarification of drawings and specification-focused work.
• Track and review expenses.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports for work progress, material status, and important document statuses.
• Assist Project Managers and Project Executive in preparing weekly/monthly/yearly reports and status updates on various project aspects.
• Assist with projects involving projection, modeling, forecasting, and tracking.
• Read and process engineering documentation such as plan‑view drawings, details, project specifications, product information, and installation instructions.
• Build relationships with General Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, and all Hilscher-Clarke team members, including On‑site PM Staff and Field Staff.
• Translate oral communication and direction into written details and specifications to create systems that can be estimated and budgeted.
• Perform detailed take‑offs to generate material lists for quoting, evaluate quotes against budgets, and assist with purchasing material items.
• Review 3D modeling to ascertain material routes and quantities for building material lists for quoting and analysis.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2-year degree in an electrically related curriculum or hands‑on electrical experience preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years of experience in electrical contracting, construction, or similar fields.
• 1–3 years of project management experience preferred.

• Clear and effective written and oral communication.
• Detail-oriented and capable of coordinating multi‑step tasks.
• Organized and able to manage several tasks and small projects simultaneously.
• Critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Proficiency with numbers, figures, and analytical acumen.
• Software skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, and Bluebeam Revu.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and advanced spreadsheet functions.
