Role DescriptionThis is a full-time/part-time hybrid role for a Property Management Assistant located in Canton, OH. The role involves assisting with day-to-day property management operations, maintaining administrative records, coordinating lease agreements, and providing exemplary customer service. The Property Management Assistant will support tenant relations and ensure effective communication between residents, contractors, and the management team.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with tenants and team members.
- Knowledge of Property Management and Lease Administration processes.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including record-keeping and organizational tasks.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to handle daily operational tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and adaptability to learn quickly.
- Prior experience in the property management industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred).
