Job Description

The Brand Representative is engaged and provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. They are outgoing, stylish, and helpful, with awareness of the store environment and an approachable, warm demeanor. They initiate conversations, connect with customers in a genuine and articulate way, and focus on making the customer the first priority. They exhibit relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.
